Hi, should the rear parcel tray be covered in vinyl ? All the ones i see on Ebay etc are covered in vinyl but the one i removed from my GTR is just coloured masonite like material with a Roebuck pattern.

Rodney, your rear parcel shelf is original, no vinyl.

Is it correct to have the Roebuck pattern?

Yes, although from memory the pattern was more pronounced (bumpy) than roebuck pattern vinyl..

I thought it was called small pebble, similar to Hb and Lac dash.

LC dash , bloody word predict.

Small pebble would be a very apt name for the surface finish but I've got no idea if that is what it is called.

Should also be two piece.

with a cloth hinge strip glued along the underside of the joint.

Few yrs back I had some LC dashes restored by Dash Original and he called the vinyl used small pebble. Not exactly original but very close, it was grey and the bumps were slightly different size.
