I've seen that some of the decals on the heater box fan motors are printed on vynal but some are also on a fabric decal.
Is there a pattern to which ones were used when. Did it change from one type to the other at a certain point in time?

What's your build date and which type of decal does it have if it's still there? Mine is gone, but I feel that the fabric one seems familiar to me from my 73 LJ.

It looks like if it has holes in the bottom it has the vinyl decal, and the one without holes has the fabric decal

That's interesting. Mine have the holes in the bottom. I don't think that I've noticed them without holes but I've never looked for that either.
