Hi, 

 

can anyone please tell me the difference between these two engine mounting brackets and which one is suitable for my LJ Torana 1972 GTR?

Hi Nick,

The bracket on the left was used up until near the end of 1972 production. The strengthened bracket on the right suits 1973 LJ.

You can use either bracket but if you want to be period correct use the one on the left.
