LC Torana with Preslite Wiper Motor. Should this have a Decal or not?

Nothing as far as I know John ,could have had a CR letter sticker on it during assembly.

The CR decal that's commonly available is for the Lucas wiper motors not the Preslite motors.

No, they had a different decal.

Also simply Google Preslite wiper motor decal and you'll see that there's different version for each Holden model.
