After some info on LJ wiper motors. What voltage should you get at the plug. Getting 12v at main feed wire I think. 3v and 5v at the other 2 plus the earth wire. Wiper motor doesn't seem to work but gets slightly warm. Any good sources for a new one if needed.
A friend has a fully restored 1, that he would sell, bought it done from Darryn & never fitted to a car.

Should be at ground potentional when either switched to high or low and 12V (or there-abouts) on the +VE pin. The motor is 2 speeds so the switch just switches the in the high or low speed windings. In the shop manual no load current for a Lucas and Preslite is 4.25A (Low) and 4.00 (high) but measured mine at 2.13A (low) and 1.10A (high).
Check whether you have 12V between the each of the high or low pins and +VE pin - but I think you have already done that. However check the continuity between ground and each of the high or low pins.
Make sure you are getting a good ground bond at the switch.
