question for the knowledgeable - Outrigger bushes - there seem to be 2 types?
any reason for one over the other? the 2 piece ones seem esasier to install ?

Hi Justin. I agree with the one piece. As has been said they are a pain. Not so much fitting them to the K frame but reinstalling the K frame is the fun bit. I can only image a 2 piece bush would add another part to wrestle. And the perennial question. Which way around should they go? I went with the fat piece between the rails and the frame as it was the only way I could get them to stay in. Cheers Ron

I was going through my LH Torana Service Notes the other day, and in mid 1975 (I think) GMH released one telling the dealers to put them in which ever way they found easiest.

You can shove those Superpro bushes as far up your jaxy as you can ! They are absolute junk !
This is a perfect example of someone trying to reinvent the wheel , but making it square .
