Hi, would a towbar from an LX also fit an LH or a UC?

It will fit a LH not sure about a UC

Don't see why not.
Depending on what kind of Towbar it is, there may be issues with a LH/LX to UC compatibility, because of the UC having the spare-wheel mounted upright and a differently shaped floorpan around the boot section.
Chances are it just bolts to those long structual beams shown here and therefore there shouldn't be any compatibility problems.

Definatly LH but the UC, some toebars hace problems around the fuel tank as the lip of the tank overhangs the rail a bit so the bracket needs to go between the tank and the rail. For the bars that can't you can just shorten the bracket so there's only two bolts that side not three, just don't tow anything rather heavy.
