Does anyone here have a list of all the tension settings for a red 6 that is found in one of those workshop manuals from gregorys or haynes.
A scan or a list? again this may already be written somewhere here so if it is could I please be re-directed.

Even a range of tensions to begin with as I'm looking at buying a tension wrench.
Anyone had a good experience with a particular model or brand for use on the old rana?

What settings are you after?
Internal settings ( crank, conrods etc. ) or external settings ( alternator, starter etc. ) ? I have them somewhere. Just need to find the book.

At the moment I think I'm after the basic external ones with things like the head and all the external bits and pieces, but the internals would be greatly appreciated also if it's not to much trouble as it will come in handy.

Can I ask what the difference between the 1st and 2nd Stage for the cylinder head bolts are ... didn't notice that last time I read this.

You tighten them initially to 30ftlb starting in the middle and spiraling out to the ends. Then you start in the middle again at 75ftlb spiraling out again. This pulls the head down evenly to avoid warpage and gasket damage.
