My Torana has a 186, a Mild Cam, Holley 350.......now it has been blowing exhaust and it really stinks too.....plus there is Liquid dripping from exhaust (but i guess the liquid is normal).....what is needed to be done?
Is it a Tune-up or Timing needs to be changed?
if i go to a Mechanic what should i ask to get it running with better results?

timing should be one of the major factors in a tune up which will include plugs, carby and dizzy/cap 'n' leads but is often overlooked these days with efi.
you may also want to determine if the liquid in the exhaust is condensation or head gasket, accompanied by coolant loss and temp rise.

The "stink" might be the key. If it stinks like you have left the choke on too long, it is a tune problem. Do you use coolant? If so and the head gasket has blown the exhaust smells different, sort of a rancid, pungent smell.
If you still can't work it out, send me a sample of the liquid coming from your exhaust. I will give it the test taste, it may be diabetes

the taste test LOL i love it. reminds me of a guy that i worked with at valvoline, he worked there for years on the floor and could tell you what oil was what just from dipping his finger in and smelling it, he could get it right every time.
