LC vs LJ

Recent events have lead me to question my inner most beliefs. So the question is. which do you prefer, LC or LJ and why. Hopefully this will help me make up my mind
I used to hate LC's and love LJ's. Nowadays i'm really into LC's whilst retaining attraction to LJ's. The problem is i like both the same and would not know which to choose if i was presented with the opportunity to own either an LC XU1 or an LJ XU1. This is a very distressing thought and is not helped my inherent indecisiveness. Also perceived features related to one and not the other would be interesting to know.

I think its the combination of tail lights and blackouts that look awesome.
But before i got mine i was looking at both, its soughta the same as the lh lx debate
However i must say i prefer the lj dash without the hump in the middle

The LH/LX are near identical compared to the LC vs LJ. Apart from the square LH lights (which most seem to have lost over the years) you're hard pressed to pick the difference by eye unless you're right into the smaller details like the trim options etc.

Back to the question, i like the LC GTR the best out of the small Toranas

Is it just a case of welding on two pillars in the lc front end in order to attach the LJ grille. I always saw myself as an LJ man and not sure how i would go owning an LC lol.

The LC XU1 is a rough and raw road racer while the LJ XU1 is softer and more refined. An LJ is a better overall package but less challenging. Drive them back to back and it's obvious.

yes I agree bu I wouldn't fatness about a woman, never get a decent ride again.i look at the 2 like women, the lc been sexy and stylish and the lj having the fatness and grunt.

but they won every other race in 71 and to put it the easy way, the 71 bathurst xu1 won more races then the 72 and 73 xu1s put together...

I always find myself looking at them longer than i should.
The GTR interior with those cool door cards etc. Big old steering wheel.
Key start on the lower dash.
just does i for me.

LC tail lights look the best with a bob tail, LJ lights look the best without the spoiler. interior is great not sure if i prefer the LJ dash or not. did the lc gtr door cards come with the xu1 as well?

Agreed but if Jesus drives an LC GTR then God must drive an LC GTR XU1.Jesus drives an LC GTR.
