He He, sorry its been so long to reply - been busy as!

My reaction time on the first was actually .709 (i think the people upstairst were smoking hooter!), and they only got better as i went... I have a slip that says 14.852 @ 92mph, but i dont know how correct it is as i was running consistant 15's all night (but my car felt peppier at the end!!)...

I'm sticking with the 15.5 for now but i will post up the 14 second time slip now..

Dont know how true it is (but my car was number 55 all night!!)!

Hey CHOPPER,

I've just had a look at your register. Is there a link to it from your website?

Anyway, top stuff mate, I'm very interested to see these comparisons and I've been trying to do some research on the net for this kind of stuff, However on your register I can't tell what each car is running (BBC, SBC, 308, 202, Turbo, injected etc).
If you could add an extra collumn for the running gear and model that would be great.

I'm basically interested in the comparison of Power to Weight to 1/4 Mile performance with gearing differences considered (gear ratios and auto/manual etc)

The only link to the register is in this topic. I could easily add the extra column for engine size, but at the time I decided to keep it simple and only include the basics. I'll probably do it over the weekend, but I'll then need everybody who's on the register to PM me what engine size they have. The table is infinitely expandable. I could make it into five seperate tables. One to include everybody, one each for 4,6, and 8 cyl engines, as well as one for oddball ( read: rotary ) engines. The only limit is my spare time to do it in.

Time slip is packed away with all the other stuff for the car!!
Will find it all out in the next couple of days and post it up.
Not a bad time I felt considering it was in street trim as driven to work everyday and on Yoky 352 tyres that had been sitting in the yard for two years.

Heath, who on the forum has the quickest red or blue motor down the 1/4? No turbo, S/charger or NO2.

The register has been updated. The 60' time couldn't possibly be 0.731 seconds, so I didn't enter that value.

Good point!!
Forgot about that! They were actually having issues with the 60 foot times. Some people were taking longer to do their 60 foot times than the entire 1/4 mile

So yeah probably best if we ignore that bit!! :D
