I don't really get the commotion about putting flares and cutting guards on factory SS, A9X, SLR etc. I see it as a genuine upgrade and it was a factory option as well, so why not? If you cut the guards clean enough they can be welded back on down the track, but in all honesty, most people dig the cut guards.

Don't get me wrong it's your car, with your ideas, I cant knock a man for that. But all the hardcore enthusiasts, would have you never change the colour, trim, engine, geabox, diff, even the body coloured bumpers which is stupid IMO.

Flares were not really a factory option for the standard SS or SLR models but people did add them to copy the look of the L34 and A9X cars which came factory fitted with them, hatchs do look nice flared though but i'd probably not want to cut the body up on a genuine SS either to fit them unless the car was a rust bucket to begin with.

Lookin forward to more pics bullit. :)

Patience Grasshopper, Patience. (hopefully you have watched Kung Fu from the 1970's or Kung Fu Panda from recent times).

Good things come to those who wait and hatchbacks cannot be rushed.

All will be revealed in time.
