Yes, it's in the latest AMC, but his two hatches started life as normal hatches, not A9X's. The second car still survives as a rolling shell today.Hi guys, 1st post. Only found out about this forum this-morning.......
MATE!..Keep up!! I was out driving it today!!!

That photo appears to be of the LH Repco V8 'Beast MkIII' Sports Sedan, which is currently being restored and hopefully will be at this years AMCM.
Also Bob Jane had 2 'light-weight' A9X's made for Sports Sedan racing, but bought and raced the Monza instead. One of the bodies was used for 'Pete' Geoghegan in '77-'78 for Bathurst and ATCC. They were so light it only required 2 people to carry the shell around.

If I hadn't been offline since September, I may have replied to this a bit earlier. Also Bob Jane had 2 'light-weight' A9X's made for Sports Sedan racing, but bought and raced the Monza instead. Anyway...
Have you ever tried to lift a bare stock shell? My bare UC 4 door shell is so light I can easily lift the front of it 4 feet off the ground with one hand. Mind you, I am a former power lifter...
