Today I fitted the Shifter to the console. Unfortunately it is LHD so I fabed up a new plate and switched the gear indicator around.
I will be looking for a new shift knob as I’m not keen on the Tbar look, maybe a 8ball or something .

Ah but they aren't LX headlights. They are LH L34 or LH 4cyl headlights ! Lol I think all LX's do look nice with the LH lights though :D

hehe yeah true i was actually going to write that but then thought nah everybody is probably more familiar with them being known as LX lights. :P

My74LH: even if you do change it to the LH SL/R paint scheme you could still leave em in! they were an option on some LH models after all! :tease:

Once again mate, absolutely beautiful. I don't want to hijack the thread but any more pics of that beautiful Desmo in action? Possibly even some photos of your 1098 Race Bike as well?

looks great.

I've given my wife your details by the way. She'll be hunting you down shortly.

I've blamed you for my decision to change colour of my build from yellow to blue. Not the same blue, but blue anyway.

And speaking of blue, that was also the result of the same conversation. :)

so don't answer your door for a few weeks. :)

Nope no scoop for the L34 they were A9X only, but if you wanted to run a sccop on a L34 Lookalike you could always just paint it the same color as the body and bonnet.

If you've been living under a rock and havent seen a real L34 before heres one for ya. :P
