If I take mine, it'll be on the back of a trailer. I got my little name tag in the mail yesterday. I'm a bit dissapointed it says "John" instead of "CHOPPER", but I'll get over it.

Informative night enjoyed by all I would expect. Thanks to Les and the crew. Plenty to eat and drink and a "show bag" full of goodies inc. replica LJ xu1 steering wheel AND horn cap assy. John Bowe in attendance and some nice cars too. Chopper was conspicuous by his absense? Wots he up to? Easternats?

Didn't get to meet you last night rodomo....but it was a great night. I'll be contacting Leith for a copy of the 30yr promo disc, maybe a couple of copies to throw around? Did you notice the gmh-torana sticker on Les' Merc? Same as the banner with the Holden lion on it.... I want one! Did you see MRSLR getting the treatment from the boys in blue? I don't think they would've liked the rear rubber (or lack of)
Very helpfull staff, explaining how they tool their products and how they can't tool their Hatch C pillars!
The guys there were very laid back, and also stressed that if we wanted to organise another walk through/info night like last nite, to give them a call, they're more than happy to do that for car clubs etc.
Great to catch up with a couple of familiar faces from here, and meet a new one or two.
If anyone's interested in going as a group from here, put your hand up...... it's well worth it.

Dunno, but all nite there were turbos foofing past at a million miles an hour, and I didn't see any blue and reds flashing, while as soon as MRSLR drives out the factory they're onto him.... Hmmm, make up your own mind. I wish they'd concentrate on the dickheads in my street rather than the industrial areas....

Seems all the good stuff is on in melbourne at the moment! Thats why i was considering maybe a forum wide gathering in the future ( it would need STACKS of support) for a meet, Rare Spares Tour, Drag racing, Circuit racing, Other tour (was going to say holden.. but dont know if they do them anymore).

Were currently in discussion about discounts that may be offered via the online shop! There are a few logistical problems we have to work through with the whole online system, but if you guys got offered a discount, Go for it!

I got a shit delivery job that delayed me for about 90 mins. By the time I got home, it was 7.15 PM with two kids to feed before I left. Work sucks sometimes, but I do it because I need the money to support my projects.Chopper was conspicuous by his absense? Wots he up to? Easternats?

Tiny if you are organising something like that, don't forget a visit to Fisherman's Bend on the itinery. Maybe even Phillip Island, return via the coast!!!

A tip from the night, the Rare's clear LH & LX front indicator lens are a 1 off's.
They were ordered by Rare's as tinted and arrived clear by mistake.
So if you want some or if you already have some and want some spare's.
Get em while you can.
