i was incognito 
running round in shorts thongs and a black and red jumper.
had a short good lookin sheila hanging from my arm all day (but thats another story) haha.
im a very outgoing person, but never good with introductions. works better when people start the conversation
suppose people will be able to come find me at toranafest
but i dont know if thats a good thing or a bad ting.
tiny i spotted you car on the way out unfortunately, we walked passed the monaro club display, and i wasnt too interester in looking at showroom cars, thought i spied yours at the back, but was on a mission to get some lunch. then when we were driving out, saw your car and thought THERE IT IS!! but ohh well.

Interesting that the red SLR5000 has a black engine bay, and same on the underside of the bonet - didnt they all have body coloured engine bay (in the LX model), with some having either black or body colour on the bonet underside?? Very nice looking car.

My Feb 76 build LX 5000 had 'flat' black engine bay while the bonnet underside was the same colour as the bonnet topside, tuxedo black.

It's a very early car, more LH in some ways than LX
