One of the forum guys says at the centre of tail lights and front lights , mine has no seats or any running gear and its pivot is about 100 lower than that and if it had a diff it would be lower again , but if thats your centre then i would use it , but mine is adjustable and i moved it up and down after putting it on and it seems to roll best there , and it doesnt want to take of anywhere and one person can roll it without effort , I am talking Lh here so for another car i am probably wrong , TREX

Like the engine stand version.

I'm doing a LC. I've dropped the diff and front end. Going to connect the front to the 4 bolts that hold in the front end, but not sure of where to connect the rear?

Any thoughts?

I have one that I would sell!

It attached with 2 plates that slide into the front chassis rails on the front
and the back is attached to a swivel that is welded to an old tow bar.

It has 4 positions that you can adjust it to, this one was made for a LJ but I'm sure it would work on an LC

cheers :spoton:

Thanks Torry Nut

Front chassis rails mahe sense, but I don't have a towbar fitted on my LC. Would imagine that there would have been at least 4 holes drilled in the boot to fit one and I'm not keen on putting any new holes in it.

Can anyone else help?

The one I bought was used on Dags350's LJ
It mounted on the rear on what looks to me like the bumper mounts
And then there is another piece that bolts to the boot lock mechanism
Can get pics if req
