Nice work mate!
Have been tossing up between the 1UZ or a LS2/3? Handy to see all the work involved in puttin one in. Will be awesome when it's done.
Mind if I ask how much you reckon the whole conversion cost?

Diff: $1000
Half cut: $1200
CRS Conversion kit : $1000
(bellhousing, engine mounts, gbox x-mem)
reco'd Gbox: $1000
Paint + gun: $500
Brakes: $1300
Tail shaft: $600

plus other bits and pieces.

Lovely work sprog!! With all your fabrication work, you could have just built the car and motor from scratch.

Good weekend, got all the filling and sanding done.
And 1.5 coats of final primer.
Then ran out of thinners.

Got doors back from the pannel beater. $300 each for a re-skin and rust repairs. not too bad.

They are Speedhut 4" gauges. You can customise them to different colours etc. With the tacho you can get 3 LEDS put in and have them labelled too.

yep speedhut gauges.

Tacho has the shift lights standard. got them to put indicators and high beam on the speedo
