That's not too bad. The guy I had in Adelaide, very well know and the RTA took his word as gospel and is a bit of a genius (PM me for his name/details if anyone is interested) ended up costing me about $3K...... Seems pretty steep but that's with him writing a 12 page report, hiring an airstrip, spending a day on braking and lane change tests and analyzing all the data then sending me through the inspection station (what a load of bullshit that was!). I had a hell of a lot of modifications on the car, but still, wish I had a quote for $1500.


lets hope like me we can qualify for the new modified scheme m8 as all clubs have been asked to reply to the federation before 28/5/2012 with reccomendations for a list of mods for pre 1979 cars to be included on this new scheme fingers crossed m8 they agree to regency approved mods...

Yeah Daz, fingers crossed, then it might actually be financially viable to rego Elsie as a weekender and get myself a half decent daily.
Stephen, it is an LC with a 304.
