It's been powder coated. I'll get some pics later and work out a price, be less than 1/2 of $400 though, more like $150.

why would you want another torana dude... just sell it for money... listen to what the guys here are saying you dont want to have 300 thousand projects otherwise they'll end up being incomplete pieces of shit. Look at me i have 2 torana's but im solely working on ONE
