8.8 1/8th mile is approx. 13.7 1/4 mile. Healthy for any Holden 6.

You seriously ran 12.7 with that combo on pump fuel with street tyres? I have to ask, what's been done to the head? And what rev range does the cam make power in?

The engine made 300, ran 7.8@97 mph. It smashed the flywheel off it, bent the clutch, broken block and crank. I rebuild it and it broke the cam shaft retainer so i sold the engine. The bloke i got it from told me it cost him near $10,000

Pics of the head https://cache.gmh-to...tion=postupload

I need to put something together

you need to spend more money keeping the bottom end together

mid to high 13'ish.

its got the power to go low 13 - high 12 once setup.

but greedy me, im going 13.5:1, 2 inch su''s, metho and a better head before sixbanger nats hehe.

lakeside, you do know that with that mph, you couldve gone 11's with slicks.
