You will have to let us know when you enter it into a show mate, I'd love to see it in the flesh and of course meet its owner :spoton:

Caught this thread late last night while Black Dice was still posting pics.
Blew my mind with the attention to detail.
Actually inspired me to go and do some work on my car for the first time in months.
Congratulations on an unreal resto.
Hope to see it in the flesh one day.

Cheers
Rob

Hot looking hatch. :rockon:

The only suggestions I could make are;

1. Consider having black colour coded bumpers instead of chrome, and

2. Concealing the plumbing around the droptank or having the droptank in a polished finish to match the plumbing.

Only suggestions and not criticisms as this is 1 hot hatch.

Cheers Mick.

^ Chrome bumpers are awesome, especially on a black car

Pity about the exhaust cutouts in the tank, but everything else looks great!

Big T i am hoping to have it at a couple of car shows this year as soon as i finish it so i'll let you know.

LX 0076 The wheels are custom made 3 piece which i bought off ebay, they kind off look like Simmons, as for the size of the wheels and tyres the fronts are 19x8's with 215/35 and the backs are 19x10's with 305/25 soon to be replaced with 305/30 to fill up the rear guards more.

lxsstorana yes i did consider having the bumper bars painted but not gloss black instead black chrome, but i didn't because it was going to coat to much, as for the drop tank everyone has a polished one so i decided to make the plumbing a focal point by painting the tank black, i feel it gives the rear end more individuality thank you for the comments no matter what they are as everyone is different and has different tastes.
