I like resurecting old threads....
Anyone recomend a place in melbourne to do the same? No slicks but large tyres and bolt on flares so I understand most machines cant fit over them. Western suburbs/geelong would be even better ,but I cant be picky....

surfside tyres in ocean grove can do them i am pretty sure as we take most of our cars there..... great guys that appreciate old cars and build them as well!

Thanks for the offer Len. I went down to Road and Race yesterday and Peter was able to set up the front end without any problems (4+ve caster, 3.5-ve camber, 1/16" toe out).. and for 2/3rd the price quoted by Pedders.
I'm still burning, dropped my car off today after an agreed quote for labour from Peter, will call me when it is finished, i arrived back before the call, the car was finished with an extra $125 for supply 2x bushes, $50 labour and $100 scan tool, if you need a calculator that is $275 ON TOP OF THE QUOTE.
