Hi guys back again with this rad support problem,
I ended up buying an other one from Aussie restos
Great service they also did a good price I bought a few lower sections.
But I received it today all exited I was getting the one with the dip in but Unfortunatley
I am having the same issue as before not as bad but when I line it up with the button of the skirts the nose cone won't fit over also Bonnot catch
Is to long. When I make it fit the nose cone and bonnet catch the bottom won't line up to the existing rad support.
Is it just my car? I have already spent hours messing around with the old one and looks like I might end up spending hours on this one as well.
Has anyone come up with any solutions in the past few months??

Cheers
Nick

Does it have any dip in it at all? From what I could see on ebay the Aussie resto one is the same as the one by retro rods, they look identical in the pictures, retro rods are the makers of them. I've got a retro rods one and it has the dip in it and fits ok as far as I can tell, I've roughly put the bonnet catch and nose cone on and it all looks ok. Only problem is the ends of the support have that C section in them which does not mate up with the existing rad support panel at all. See my post in the fabrication section on what I did to mine. Also by varying the angle of the support changes the height of the mounting tab for the bonnet catch so by playing around with that you can find 10mm.
