here's the original fuel pump & filter assembly. I thought about just slipin the holley blue in where bosrhe pump is, but ive read somewhere its better to mount them vertical not on its side

Finally some good news...
My monza is painted... Palais white
Cant wait to see it in the flesh, mite be able to break away after the young one arrives. what a massive year so far & its start of june.

A big thanks to mort for pointing me into Tony's direction, as i was really starting to think this car would never see paint.

No worries Ben glad I could help, also glad Tony could get the job done for you and can't wait to see it finished.

Did he just paint it or was there panel work/rust to do as well, I was very happy with Tracies car when I picked it up and hoping to have it ready for T/rama so I can show him the finished car.

Toranarama is september, reckon you will see how it turned out before me. The lh must be just about done?
September if all goes well, il be changing nappy's whilst being entertained by pepper the pig. Lol

I had a visit the other week from the owner of this one.

It's had the VH conversion, as well as the V8 and commodore dash. Nice looking car. Much nicer in my opinion with the VH panels.

Bit of a long shot here but did the owner of this used to live on the gold coast? he also owned a mint VC brock. I used to live next door to him and was always in awe of it.

i vaguely remember seeing the bronzey coloured 1 with the hdt stickers @ goldy/ southport. That was a serries 1 model.
Ive havent seen the 1 you mention in flesh.
But keen to see what the vh trim looks like in the monza... Vc or vh sle trim would be my pick.

just removed the 308 from the black 1 up ere. Trying to get it onto a pallet with the radiator exhaust ect. To send down.
A 5l vs ute came up at a good price. I think its a t5 speed has tri ys, ive heard the vs kframe runs a better designed pwr steer rack which allows bigger exhaust. So mite w
ait til i compression test both engines.
The young 1 is ere now & my 8hr sleeps seem to have disappeared. So just going with the flow until i can plan annother brizy trip.
