NSW - Marulan Track Day 17th July 2011

Is anyone interested in attending this event at the Marulan Track

Costs include ,

$100 per head

$30 track licence for 12 months

$20 with $50 Deposit for helmet hire (or bring your own AS1698 Helmet)

A total of $150 excluding the $50 helmet deposit hire

For those who already hold a CAMS Licence L2S level or Wakefield Licence or any other competition Licence is acceptable

90db sound limit . if your car goes over this level , a temporary sound deadener will be provided.

Its muscle cars only so Torana's and other appropriate cars very welcome. About 6 or more XU1's are already committed with Chargers, GT Frauds, and some US stuff also going.

NSW Muscle Car guys have a private booking and limited to 40 cars. At this point in time numbers are lower that desired so if you are interested please let me know ASAP.

Its not racing, just the opportunity to get your car on the track and drive it to the level you desire. Lots of fun with a good bunch of blokes.

That sounds real fun! Is it just get your car on the track and thrash it as hard as you want/race your buddies for fun etc?

I can tell you it the best thing you'll do in your car. Imagine how much fun drag racing is and then add corners :-)

Im guessing dads monaro doesnt count in the muscle car thing? How much extra is it to add a driver to my car if dad wanted a go?

Same price per head, just share a car.

The idea was to get older stuff than late model Commodores. It's a Muscle Car for sure but probably not suited to the theme of the day.

Oh and im pretty sure my car is over 90db. Think my engineers report say 94 or 95. Why is there a noise limit?

Mine was engineered at 89db 3 Years ago. Dont think its gotten louder... who knows.

Normally spectators don't have to work, but I can bring some car polish so they can give my car a clean.........

Seroiusly, no payment required for spectators. There is a cafe at the track, so a few dollars spent there helps the track owners.

Come on Chris, get that purple thing down there. Ray will be in it for sure.

Mine will go over 90db as well but like Jason says they have a temporary solution.
