So does it need a wash or a paint job?

The WB Stato front would be the easiest, unless you could get hold of an HJ-HZ complete front clip. The wiring mods would be easy, as the headlight connectors etc. are available new.

don't they unclip like the hj-z ones?

cool pick up slr ...i want one again now :D

Yes. They all bolt up to the body and chassis the same, the panels just bolt up to each other a bit different.

Woodsy's right Chopper, there is a blue panno in the pic, wouldn't have seen it myself if it wasn't mentioned.LOL

Woodsy you are right though, it (blue van) doesn't look too bad either.

My LH is a shell. Has been for bout 4 years or so now. This is regoed and running, plus I got the HB and LC.

I may keep it yet, just means it will stay sitting in the shed.

Fair enough...............It's only a taxi after all.

Needs to be dumped on its ass and have some old school painted signwriting on the sides of the van section.

Prefereably with somethign that will weather/crack/peel quickly, would look awesome!

Throw on a set of widened stockies (or even 15" stockies) and some chrome dress trims with whitewall..... PERFECT!

no need for a paint job!

^^yeah i totally agree!
im pretty sure you can get a cracking medium that is added to the paint that makes it crack up.
make it looklike an old parts hauler for a speed shop or something similar.

Hmmm...i like that idea. Still needs paint, but keep it the matt grey/primer colour. Love the signage idea too.
Im also seriously thinking about the efi 5l i have here going into it.

Ill get some better pics on the weekend.

Just out of curiosity, you wouldn't happen to know when it was converted would you ?

How long ago did yous sell it?
Apart from some play in the steering, i was suprised how well it handles for a panel van.
