As said, theres only one tried and true method to fix a gilmer belt setup.
Step one, remove all the gilmer belt components,
Step two, refit all the v belt components,
Step three, fit a v belt.

yes..i think..the long nose pump was for the efi motors coz they had extra pulley grooves on the crank,air con..power steering etcis the long nose water pump the right one for the vn-vt efi motor or is it suppose to be the short pump?

Short early pump 92mm face to pulley flange
Long later pump 110mm face to pulley flange
