I'm looking at getting some coil spring spacers for my LC. I've read in a few very very old posts on here that you can get them from superpro but I cant find them. Can anyone tell me where I can find some cheap ones from

WA Suspensions have a good range of SuperPro on the shelf. If they don't have it in stock then it can usually be sent overnight.

Cheers mate I bought my Sway bar from there a few weeks ago. So If I get these spring insulators will it raise my car up the 18mm it says? Is this the easiest way?

But most shops can anyway
Autoline in Bentley are agents for them... saves going to Osi Park

I'd go with Wilkos... and ask them questions

I don't see how a 10mm thickness gives you 18 mm lift
The spring ratio is around 0.75 on the LX (I guess the LC is similar) so when the stub axles travels 10 mm the spring is compressed 7.5 mm. The 18 mm ride height increase from a 10 mm spacer still does not sound quite right.
If the spring was mounted at the stub axle then the spring would travel about the same as the stub axle. This ratio is also the reason why the front springs have such a high spring rate (thickness) when compare with the same weight car running struts.
If you want to know how much difference a 10 mm spacer will make then put the car on stands with the load taken on the suspension arm and measure the distance between the control arm and the k-frame at the spring mount. Then lower the control arm 10 mm measuring at the spring mount and compare the height of the tyre.
