Might be just my imagination, but if you look at the engine bay shot, it has the hole for mounting the "non A9X" brake bias assembly (inner guard, just in front of the master cylinder). What I mean by the brake bias assembly is the cylindrical shaped part that the front and rear brake lines go into from the master cylinder, and then head of to the front and rear brakes on a standard LX Torana. The paint around the hole appears to be darker, indicating that the external brake bias assembly may have been fitted for some time.

The body plate has also obviously been removed, and re-rivetted on at some stage.

Interesting car though.

the proportioning valve? Even A9X's have that hole Dave, it's just usually plugged.

Yep, the proportioning valve. The point I was making is not that the hole is there, but it looks like something might have been bolted into it for some time - or maybe it's my overactive imagination.

By the way, did you get the DVD?

I was there.Started at 20, went 22 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 then halves to 30 and reserve met.once twice..SOLD.Seemed like a bit of a quick hammer at 30..But hey..If thats worth 30 im rapt with what ive got.. hehehe :spoton:
