Hey Guys,

I had a call from garth (FatSLR) who will be in Sydney from about the 28th of April for a week or so!

He wants to catch up and see some racing.. so i thought... bout fricken time the HQ got sent down the 1/4 since all this work was done!

Anyone else keen for the 1/5/13 RFR on wednesday night?

Dad and I have been looking for a night. Hes going to thailand for two weeks on friday so the 1st sounds perfect. Count us in if we are allowed lol. Is this our own lane or just random lanes?

Ohh and Rob, Im pretty sure i just heard Dad say "catch me if you can" haha

There is a Nitro Champs entrants only test and tune on earlier in the day so it is a safe bet the track will be prepared for this street meet.

 

Will definately try to get there, my car hasn't moved under its own power since Summernats !

 Hey New South Welshmen AKA cockroaches 

 

  I will definately be in Sydney for this meet , i am bringing my wife to Sydney to take her to the "Centre for Infectious Disease Control"

for "Treatment" for her "Illegal Immigrants" aka Parasites that she picked up in Bali last February and have decided to take up home in her Pancreas .

 

  It has taken over a year to actually find these pricks after countless tests and her being hospitalised 3 times in this period she has lost a sh#tload of weight and is in a world of hurt but hopefully the procedure she is going to get will kill the bastards rated at a 94per cent  success rate .

 

   All going well i will be able to sneak out on Wednesday night from where we are staying and catch up with whoever can make it ,i still have fond memories from catching up with some of you guys on my round Oz trip 4 years ago seems like only yesterday .

 

 I haven't organised a hire car yet maybe i should see if i can get something i can run  .

 

   We are staying somewhere near five dock?  my wife has done all the bookings hopefully all will run smoothly and i can catch up with whoever can make it.

I am trying not to get too excited about this as I may not even be able to make it if my wife is on struggle street after treatment.


BUT !!!! I am excited about going back to WSID and hopefully catching up with whoever I can and see them having fun just love going to the drags hanging to seeTiny's Monaro run and hoping Joe aka UncleFesta comes out to play his L34 is mad maybe Matt might even make an appearance the more the merrier man I would love to see and actually meet "Struggler" another weapon.

Dads Monaro has been in the garage, on slicks, ready to go for about 2 months lol. Doubt it will even start.

Mine still has a list but should see something in the 12s! But this stall is causing me probs overheating the box and failing to change gear due to heat. Need to install a bigger cooler before the 1st and fix the tune again. Doesnt stop!

Well mine is sorted! I got the brakes fixed this week (I wonder hiw long it's been this bad!!), and were good to go!

Ohh and forgot to mention my mate who just had a turbo i installed on his ve v6 is coming also hoping to crack a 12. Should be a good night! Hope its cold!

I wish I could pack my Monaro in my suitcase would love to see what it would do

I spoke to the old owner today to post back his number plates back after Daryll picked up the spare fibreglass race bonnet for it last weekend .

He reckons it ran a 11.6. With old engine new combo has AFR heads and bigger cam And stroked

I hope every one ( including my wife can iron out the bugs - parasites lol. And make it an awesome night sounds like a good variety of cars been watching Mitch's car slowly get faster from last year
