As you can see I usually have my little mate Lachy with me, he loves the car and loves cruising.

We have done a few others too but don't have any pics of those.

Thanks everyone for your tips, encouragement and help along the way.

So worth the cost and effort involved.

Yeah agreed, once the Ice Machine is fixed we should do an annual busted tunnel run

Sucks that you have to do it in the first place and sucks that it had to be postponed.

I keep thinking the rain is over but when I check the radar the screen is still full of incoming rain.

Not used to this in Perth lol.

At this rate you could be right.

Definitely worth it mate, I went a long time without an old Holden on the road and missed it big time. There is something special about them.

Thanks Laurie, glad I'm not the only one that likes them.

They will get a tidy up at some point, a few wavy edges on a couple of them lol.

Hey Craig,

Good to see you've been out enjoying the product of all your hard work - it makes it all worth wild.  Go the green machine! :spoton:

Cheers,

Jeff

Thanks Jeff.

Been out a bit lately.

Here's a pic from today

 Attached File  DSCN2423-edit (Custom).jpg   354.2K   5 downloads

Been doing a few little bits here and there, put some better door trims in, got some bits and pieces for later, latest bit of work I did, was cleaning the windows.

Mostly came up ok.

Found out what happens when an Emu takes on a Falcon today, not a pretty sight, both came out looking untidy and feathers flew for sure.

I don't have any pics, but it was an XD or XE V8, seemed quite nice, front grille smashed including his driving lights, and I think he even damaged the leading edge of his bonnet.

Still, better than hitting a roo I suppose.

Way better. Emu's are light weight for their size so they don't do a lot of damage. Our pet roo would only be half as high as an adult emu but he would weigh 40kgs. My missus hit a Bronzewing Pigeon once and the nuggety little mongrel got most of the way through the radiator.

Thanks guys.

I need to do something about my wheel and tyre combo, not doing it for me at the moment.

The old tyres had a more square profile, looked much better IMO

But they were bald as...
