I have not tried the Holley LS Retro-Fit Oil Pan but based on the measurements it is too deep at the front.
The Holley pan is 2.4" ( 61 mm ) deep at front. The Moroso 20140 is 1.81" (46 mm). The Moroso 20140 gives you around 10 mm clearance between the oil pan and steering rack on the CRS CH-EM69 (HQ LS engine mounts which I believe are the same as the Tuff mounts.
I have a Mast Motorsports oil pan that looks like it should fit ( 1.71" (43 mm) deep at the front ) but I have not go around to trying it. It is reasonably well made although I did have to spend quite a bit of time clearing the pan to remove all the embedded grains of sand from casting.

If you decide to go with the Mast Motorsports then it may be cheaper to ship to MyUS and then ship to Australia from there. I was quoted $450 to ship direct from Mast Motorsports. I had mine shipped to MYUS from Mast Motorsports for $25 then MYUS to Australia cost around $200.

The moroso works fine so long as you're happy to have a remote filter setup and a little mod to the windage tray (easy enough).
I too like the look of the Mast one.

i just sold all of my conversion stuff.i really wasnt happy with the way that is sat in the engine bay.
i think i'll make my own mounts and use the mast sump

Agreed.
I think the engine should sit 10-15mm further forward than the tuff mounts sit it.
It would make things a lot simpler I think.
Don't get me wrong, things still fit but it is tighter than it needs to be for wiring looms, exhausts, trans tunnel clearance etc...
Not sure how much engineering has gone into the readily available conversion gear.

I didn't even know there were mounts made at the time ,so I just made my own as well...lets you sit the engine where ever you want it basically.. (within the limits of the sump and firewall of course)

20mm seems a lot but yeah I suppose it'll be OK.
If I did it all again, I'd like to go 10mm forward on mine to just reduce the congestion at the back of the inlet manifold with wiring loom, heater hoses, vacuum hoses etc. It's pretty tight back there. It all fits now and is in and running so I've no ambition to change anything as for sure that would create new problems.

EDIT: And you can see my bottom lip has been trimmed right back. Without the trimming I think the drivers side head would be rubbing the lip

i think that with tuff mounts the engine needs to be 10mm further forward too. it also need to come down at the front of the engine.but you'd probably have to dry sump it to do that

The new Holley oil pan may go close to working in a Torana. The doubtful area is the hump in the middle between the shallow section at the front of the pan and the deep section at the rear of the pan.
Unfortunately they don't give the dimensions of the hump in the middle. I suspect it won't fit.

One of the guys here has just had his Holley sump cut for more clearance, and it looks about the same as the new revised sump. Might go close? What Ii noticed was they fowl mostly on the cast alloy bits of the rack, so maybe the hump might fit between?

It will take serious mods to make that fit if these are the correct dimensions. The sump area will hang about 2.5" below the k-frame and the front is too deep to clear the steering rack.
Dirtbag used a truck oil pan which is similar. This is how it looked after the first round of mods.
This was after round two to clear the Axstr power steering rack.

Shite....might have to put that on the shelf for the ht monaro(what I bought it for....was told it will suit that).....and go looking at dry sump kits....slam the ls on the x-member !

The Moroso 20140 fits although the remote oil filter can get expensive.

Got a price from drysump.com, bit over $3k for the entry kit(internal pressure pump,2 stage scavenge).... sounds expensive but there's more than one advantage to it !

The Moroso 20140 is 1 13/16 deep at the front, you can just get the required 10 mm clearance with the CRS CH-EM69 engine mounts. The Mast is 1.71" at the front.
The ultra shallow dry sump oil pan is 2" deep at the front. The engine with the ultra shallow dry sump oil pan will need to be raised another 5 mm to maintain the same clearance as the Moroso 20140.
If use the two stage scavenge only pump it should clear ok as the factory A/C compressor will fit in a Torana.
You run into clearance issues with the four stage pump mounted where the factory A/C compressor mounts. The Torana engine mounts almost touch the factory A/C compressor so you will need to check how much clearance the scavenger pump requires. it looks like it will fit but it will be close.
