Perfect thanks mate. I need to replace my carpet in a few months so might as well put some dynamat down as well.
Did you need to use a roller to stick it down properly or is it that sticky that just rubbing it with your hands is good enough?

You don't need the roller Wayno.
Stuff is piss easy to work with. You can cut it with scissors, stanley knife or tear it by hand.
The extreme one is super sticky....no chance of it coming off

Spot on Daz.
I got the Xtreme, i think thats all that they sell now.
A friend of mine bought the roller so i borrowed it. Prob could be ok without as long as you make sure its all stuck down and you have to get out all of the air bubbles.

Hey mate- sorry for the delay.
Qa1 part no. is GS401.
Basically a multifit for Gm cars. you just choose what spring you want to run.

Spent half of the day making up some chassis rail extensions.
My upper trailing arm pick-up points are being ripped away from the body.
I bent up a piece of sheet metal for a template, then cut the RHS to suit, then made one in reverse.
Might try to get them welded in next weekend.

You have been Busy Ken,
we are talking about body strengthening, and you are doing just that. Dave I

Yeah, thats it, trying to book in my mate to weld them in on Sunday . . . . .

FWIW I left the RHS intact and cut the floor, this allowed full contact with the lower trailing arm body mounts.
This won't help your upper arm issue, I think it probably makes it worse !

What can be done with the uppers???

Cut some plates to go inside, behind the seat. Cut out the rivets and drill holes for 3/8" bolts and large flat washers. Bolt all that together.
If you're super keen tie your roll cage into the upper mounts as well.

I cant see much wrong with my upper mounts, but my lowers were being ripped away.
I might still make up the plates and put them in for peace of mind.
Thanks mate.

I managed to get the extensions in today, here are the pics.
I don't think anyone would even think twice that they weren't factory.
