28c became the T car at Bathurst 73

I'd say this picture is from 1975

 

In 1974 they took 3 L34's, Bond cars, Brocks car and the Rally car as a T car before it was made into a rally car. The paint scheme in 1974 was very different to 75 and 76, so it's not from 74.

 

In 1975 they only raced one car, so the second L34 would have been the T car. The roughness of the car suggests they more than likely swapped cars throughout the season in 1975 at various rounds or employed a second driver.

 

In 1976 they took two L34s to Bathurst, both entered in the race.

I was going to say I always stop and look at this L34 when I go to the Bathurst Motor Racing Museum, but I imagine it's a different car, wonder where it is today

Did you find the footage Russell? I think even if this featured in the 76 film, it's from 75. It looks to be Bond Walker on the car, Not Bond Harvey, and there was no T car in 76

The camera car you refer to is from the Les Beard series of doco's produced during the mid to late 70's and early 80's this one was featured in the 1976 edition. The films were commissioned by Holden I think to document each years race.

 

In the footage Colin Bond drives the car out of the pits and is shown doing a complete lap of the circuit. A copy of the footage used to be on Youtube will check tonight and put link up if I can find it. It was under an obscure title.
