I think it is correct.
But I could be wrong.
I know mine doesn't, but I think it should

The ones on the pink one stops short of the badge Grant. But they are also upside down lol

How much of a prick was it to mask up?
I would love to repainted my engine in the LC, it lets the rest of the car down.
Don't know if I will be able to get under the tripples though

Not as bad as I thought. I got a set of tripples for it so if I put them on I'll pull the extractors off and get the back part of the block.

Its far from your car Grant so this will do. Something like yours it would probably be quicker and easier to just pull the engine out imo

Thanks for the advise, might give it a skip for a while.
I do like the idea though.

Well done

Good tip. That's a great idea.

I just pulled the wiring out as I'm changing it but will try that should the need arise. The stuff on the inner guard was under a plastic sheet but its also getting changed.

Its not that bad to do Grant. Especially on that rig of yours. You'd be surprised where you can get the paint to go. I'm still shocked I didn't end up with over spray every where

Although the original harness was pretty good for a car this age I ran a new harness from the firewall forward. Used this wrapping stuff instead of convulted tube.

Cut the plastic off the crimps. Then crimped, soldered and heat shrink

0573184A-C169-4697-86F3-ED463D0CB6B4_zps

Rewired the dash because I changed from a circuit board one to no board

Just has two plugs to undo

2C842922-4A23-43A0-89A2-7F98479DA689_zps

After putting the dash in and out 30 times it's finally done

54808D66-051D-4717-8FA8-47E496A4E916_zps

Then pulled the indicator switch apart to get the horn working and put an aftermarket wheel on. The Gtr wheel can go on the Gtr when I get to it

95F7685B-C158-4A34-8A16-4AF6DB2F0F25_zps

Then pulled it back off cos while cleaning up I found the circlip I forgot to fit. Dough!

Just got to finish off the wiring under the dash and fit carpet and inside is done!

So wiring under the dash is done
Door trims back on
All wiring is done a shit even works so happy days

Grille and hl surrounds back on. I wanted to get them refirbed but brought new bumpers instead

CC0F688A-5E51-4F25-A196-F995FB8012B7_zps

Didn't have the bracket or switch for the hand brake so welded a couple of m3 bolts to the hb and fitted a limit switch I had laying around so the brake light now works in the dash

44397B2E-2C84-43D7-A272-FAEBA18744A9_zps

Gave it a squirt of paint while it was out

B6CFDED2-EDA6-40F3-89B0-8F86851E0330_zps
