What size are the wheels on Pinky Paul?

They seem to fit in the guards just right.

i think the ute was out at the chrome bar bonanza on sunday just gone at lakeside - the motor in the black one/purple was nuts - at that time it was offered to me for 45k - it was a crazy car.. i think it had run 8.90 or 9

I think the lc looks good, but i would throw the chev badges, paint the back purple too, the chrome strips, remove the tint, change the parcel shelf get a lc gtr steering wheel & 1st take of that bonnet, or at least just make it a reverse cowl only scoop. Apart from that looks great. Gary.

Would look sweet as gtr clone with black chev rally rims & red gtr centre caps + gtr interior ofcourse.

Or xu1 clone rolling on vn500 wheels.

Reason why you'd take custom look off it is gtr look is too damn good.

Vaguely remember gong said it did easy 9.7 also clips of ripping street skids lol

Daz, chev badges & mirrors aren't cool custom stuff mate, & i just don't like the 2 different scoops humping each other, but i was trying to say it politely. The new owner was saying that he didn't like the interior amongst other things & i was just trying to suggest some cheap changes to update it a little & make it his, I did not say get rid of the interior ect, just changing a few little things can make a big difference & i do think that the torana's look better with clear windows, but that is purely a suggestion which I think he asked for, each to their own mate. Gary.

Mirrors and scoop are the first thing on the list to go
Eventually the trim will go. I dont mind the white but cant take to the pattern
Its a shame because allot of time and money went into it

I mainly brought it for the running gear and always planned to change a few things to make it my own

Im 50 50 on the window tint. Probably leave it for now

Im torn on the bumpers and grille. They look good painted and its something different but I think they do look better chrome/polished.

Got a few things to do first so will see whats left in the kitty. Might be a good time to get of the smokes ;)

Hi Paul, good luck with giving up the smokes mate I've been off them 12 weeks Saturday coming, go & get some nice rete icy mint gum, it helps heeps mate, yes the pattern is the only thing in the trim I'd change. I have to say i really don't like the scoop & chev badges would look a lot better just by that, I actually liked the rims on it when gong had it, they look good on some toranas & you don't see them much, if you're anything like me you'll have to store them as a spare pair for a change most probably why I never have any room. 9's is a very fast little street car especially n/a it'd be too much fun toasting the rivers look forward to seeing the changes, Gary.

& i might like to not tell people how much i f@cking hate chev badges on non chev built cars ffs ! I'm with you mate chuck that f@cking scoop will look a lot better when you've finished, chrome bars, Gtr stripe & badges anodized grill & headlight surrounds as you have said along with the removal of the pattern in the trim & this car will really look nice, I'm with you 100% bud, Gary.
