They are a little short.

Maybe you need a set like these. No floor mods required.

Poorly angled of the head !!! Not hard to make a decent set of pipes !  Nearly every manufacturer  out there still base their designs and bends of a bog stock manifold !!!

They do it like that to allow a single carb intake to be used. Triples and EFI intakes let you sweep the primaries down more gently.

They're not a bad looking header, primaries are similar to mine, just need to put the correct length secondary to suit your particular engine combo. Would certainly save a lot of hair pulling.(maybe that's why I haven't got much left)

These look about the same length as the pacemaker but i think they are press bent compared to mandrel bent for the pacemaker.

I don't have a winged sump...

Do you have pipe max? I tried to buy but don't have a pc, only a Mac... I would love to know what my setup wants pipe wise...

hey rich243, smarty here. I have been running a black 202 with 45mm webers for a few years now. I do all my own building and mods except for machining I use a mob called rhemac in sa, they have always looked after me. my car is a ke10 corolla.(yea I know odd combo but I love it)(it's on youtube just search ,323Vscorolla)running 11's. blue/black bottom end is a good start, I originally ran std rods but have since rebuilt it to take more nos. arp bolts are a must head/mains/rods. my first build was a budget job so std crank, rods, block, all crack tested old school waggot 104 cam served me well for ages. I'm running the 12 port head with a fair bit of work to it. 1.6ratio rockers. custom pushrods to get the rollers to sit correctly on valve stem. crane ignition.(points dissy with pickup in it. small things like flycutting the bore to reduce shrouding helps, also offset head dowels to move the head across 30thou. every little bit helps. my first build got me around 230-240hp na no gas at the wheels. I'm now running nos on it so this build I used h beam rods and forged pistons, knife edged the crank and new cam, lots of oiling mods and have around 290hp at the wheels. lots of fun in a 800ish kg car. if you want to know any more bout my builds feel free to ask. good luck.

Ive been looking at those for a while MIck, they look good, nice length tubes and reasonable shape etc, If only they were 1 5/8 primaries.

You need to consider whether u really need 1 5/8 " pipes .The smaller pipes will lose a few hp at the very top end but will gain torque below 5k which you will need . There is a lot more to consider when building a street engine because you have to drive the thing below 5k .You can cover up the lack in torque by having a diff ratio of 4.1 or lower .
