And i'll guess that was the one to beat around town, or maybe just the one laying skids in the neighbourhood??

Looks fairly neat though.

I forgot i had a few pics of the fronts finished, the front belts are Torana ones and the rears are off some kind of valiant, in the future i might put some new EH ones in if i want to spend the money.

Cool.
And when you're done there son you can come round & fit some rears into mine if you like! Are you using a retracting belt for the rear too, possibly mounted on or under the parcel shelf?

I'm keen to get rear belts in so the young lads can come for a spin with me...

All of my belts at the moment are old school no retractable. The rear belts are easier than the fronts to do once the rear seat and parcel shelf is out, retractable rears would be a bit harder around the parcel shelf there is not a lot of room with the rear screen, and in the boot it is boxed in a bit in that corner. If i was a bit closer i would definitely give you a hand Jonesy, Cheers

I have the rear belts for mine, from a VR commodore if I remember right... They're retractable so I'll have to cook something up there, to be honest I haven't even had a look so seeing what you did was a start.

I didn't know that, lucky it is registered, but i suppose it wouldn't be a hard job to round them off with a die grinder with a cut off wheel.
