But l did buy new capliers, disks only thing couldnt buy new was the bracket that bolts onto diff and holds capliers.

Car is off the road atm being ready for the heart transplant finally .

basic details of new motor:
440 SBC tall deck
12.5 dart heads/weldtech cnc porting
titanium valves/T&D Rockers
Total performance designed camshaft
je pistons/dyers rods/callies crank
2858 manifold/braswell carb to suit motor
13.1 to 1 unleaded prem
Hopefully next few months will get this thing finished willpost some pics when l get around to it .

Bronze bushing for the enlarge lifter .904
Little sneak peek at the roller cam bushes and the amount of grinding needed at the lower part of cylinder to clear for 4.125 stroke even though its a wide pan tall deck sbc.

To give a idea of the setup , the old manifold is a victor junior manifold which by no means is a small setup, but it just doesn't breath enough for the new heartbeat!
The old setup did run a 11.2 at 128 mph , never really sorted it out , just kept cruising it ... or as Brett remembers when l lost second gear at the torana drags many moons ago 13.9 at 45 mph LOL
