Think I forgot to say that she has now got a set of Hopper's 290mm brakes up front and new master cyc and braided lines all round.
Oh and we STARTED THE ENGINE and she is loud as F%^&K in the garage, angry and AWSOME!!!!! tried to get vidio on phone but it didn't work out so you guys will need to wait a little longer for video!
Tailshaft is done and going in on the weekend, then just hand brake cables and........ hopefully a drive :)
Got some VDO (cockpit vision) Elec Oil presure and water temp gauges to keep an eye on things.

Front tyres hitting guards 205/65/15 was a bit ambitious, new tyres 195/50/15 all ok.
Engine was running nicley prob been started and ran 10 times or so now and we were thinking of taken her for the maden voyage, then she started pissing oil, front of the sump near were we had to take the timing cover off to get the frigging little bit of metal out of the engine! GRRR

Got car on Sunday :)
With no carpet, underlay and no shift boot it was loud as inside on the way home! Interior and bench seat in now, having a short throw just clears the bench.
Had some higher springs in the back, but i think with the Hq shocks made it ride like balls, so put my low low ones back in, will test to see if its better today. All though with these rear rims can only get a 205/60/15 under there, untill i change the offset or get new ones.
Locker kicks in pritty hard, will have to be a little careful :P
Going in for LPG Fri, as the carby isn't really tuned to well, just enough to get it to LPG shop really, so she piss farts around a fair bit.
Manual V8 are fun!!!!!
Clutch doesn't seem to bad for street but will need to be careful not to ride it if possible. 3rd gear not selecting properly but the linkages just need a little more work.
Will post picks etc this arvo if i can drag my self away from the car!!!!

And most importantly, are you bringing it to the Autobarn forum car show?! Then we can all have a good look at the beast!

Went and sore car last Fri, all looked good, tank is tucked up real nice, technocarb looks the goods and they were making some custom plates to cover the lpg lines near exhaust. STUPID me didn't take any pics!!!!!!!!! to busy chin wagging about ideas etc.
Not really gonna be the stealth/stock looking engine bay with hidden convertors i was going to go for (too hard, wouldn't work basket) but will let you guys comment on what you think when you see it.
Picking up tommorrow :) getting dyno and tuned in morning so should have car and a power figure then.
Will prob not get time to post info/pics till sat morning as i only just have time to pick up car and then get to night job as is.
If the car is driving/safe/semi legal it will be at the show Bret :)
Patience kiddies lol

Pickup up car from lpg shop :)
No power reading, coz under load they recon the drivers head gasket is leaking water near the front?? So just a basic tune so i can still drive her around. Still lots of fun though!
No idea of revs coz tacho isn't hooked up yet so don't know how far i'm reving her out, she just gets REAL loud lol, so i'm just taking it easy.
They will do a proper tune when thats fixed and they do the 1500km service.
Still gotta go over whole car once again, hopfully the heads just need to be re-torqued to fix the problem.
You guys are gonna kill me coz i can't get my phone camera talking to the new computer, and GF has taken digi camera with her because her sister's water just broke!!!
Pic tomorrow :P
