what hubs can i use? I found a set of drum stubs today up the farm, and they both have been cut in halfNothing will bolt straight up
Most AP's are radially mounted and a bracket needs to be fabricated
Assuming 17" wheels as a minimum and for street use I'll suggest this
1. Go buy some disc stubs...... drum stubs will be a time consuming PITA
2. DBA019 disc (undrilled and redrill to required pattern if different to Commodore) 330mm x 28mm
3. CP5200 AP 4 pot caliper ($730 each)
4. Custom make bracket to suit (I haven't got around to this yet..... thats what Chopper is waiting for me to make)
5. Custom braided hoses
6. FRP216H brake pads (Ferodo DS2500 - $230)
The its just a matter of making it fit
Enjoy

Depends what tangent your going off on
DBA014 (HQ) and all commodore discs from VB-VP all have hubs as part of the disc
If you want to fit Vulva calipers to anything...... figure it out youself
I don't like them..... won't use them..... and won't help anyone else to fit them
Why don't you use the LC hubs, bolt a disc to the back of it and have your mate make a bracket to suit the caliper of your choice

so you don't need hubs, just machine stubs to fit the DBA019 discs. I just thought you used hubs, only one done and used hubs. thanks datto, will have to go shopping.

The DBA 019's should slide straight onto the LC/LJ stub axles.

Yes they will
Same bearings and bearing spacing
330 x 28 disc
So 17's required and caliper to suit 28mm disc
