Luckily i can supply vinyl stickers at VERY good prices.

I have alot of contacts with vinyl cuters, and i'll find someone who's willing to let me do the hard work ( the weeding and application tape applying) to make costs lower.

Tinks you have a PM, Maybe we'll just do it.

Grant: Yep that would be what i had planned, i would make a few sizes.. from 1/4 window to mack truck size... shouldnt change the cost much!

Cheers

Torana: named after a town, or a town named after a aboriginal word. or just tha aboriginal word. ? anyone know.

my 2 cents are,
"to fly" hate it

anyone ever seen the old school funky 70`s looking logo, that usually accompaned the " when your hot your hot " lets modify that! ill try to find it and do some sneaky paintbrush to it.

I believe it's Aboriginal... Torana meaning to fly.
LCBOI, show us your tatts! I've got the flag in the shape of the Oils hand on my chest, been wanting to get one of Brocky turning on to main straight at Bathurst for ages..... one day.

Yep simple font like the shirt in the stick on letters.

As far as logo goes...(play on star wars).. "May the Lion be with you" ...which is corny and I wouldnt like it on the sticker...I just thought it was funny when I read it.

Yeah vinyl is the way to go now that I think about it.

www.gmh-torana.com
too sedate

is too bold.. focusses on the wrong sections

www.GMH-TORANA.com
focusses on the right section, bold in the centre, grabs your attention a bit more!

*You can decide on fonts etc later, maybe go the same as the shirt, I'm not sure what font that was; have to ask Matt.

Dattoman's correct, we will be giving away some sticker with the shirts.

But i would also like to offer stickers to those who dont want to purchase a shirt ( or who cant afford one maybe) and for that reason it would be nice to be able to sell them to cover costs and also make a few bucks for the forum. I want to make them in a couple of approximate sizes:

150mm Long x 10mm High text
300mm long x 20mm High Text
500mm Long x 30mm High text

I'd make these in a few colours... White and Black, (Black would be hard to see but good if you want it stealth or on paintowrk), Red and Blue. I would have a quantity of each size cut in addition to the ones for the shirts, that way I have some on hand to sell later. I'd be doing this at my own cost.

I like the KISS prinicpal, and the website address is enough i think. I like the idea of the larger and smaller sizes to keep the GMH-TORANA in focus. Maybe:

So that the GMH-Torana.com is what's at the fore ( not JUST torana seeing as were advertising the web site.)

Anyway.. starting to get a bit complex... but theyre my thoughts.

Please can we have an indication of colours preferred and sizes preferred.
At this stage i'd prefer not to talk custom sizes or colours, just a good range of basic colours and sizes that would suit 99% of applications. remeber.....KISS!

Cheers.

Awesome Tiny! I would love a long 500mm one for my back window! and maybe a 300mm one for the front window! I would also be more than happy with a White sticker, but an Orange one would suit my car!

Maybe just the basic Colours, Yellow, Orange, Red, Green, Blue, White, Black

Matt: The only drama with so many colours is that by the time i do a few of each colour it turns out to be a HEAP of stickers!!

I was thinking do a majority in white... that would suit most cars! and then a few in the other colours. I want to be careful that we dont choose vinyl that fades.. nothing looks workse than cheap faded vinyl and I wont use it if it's not good quality stuff.

What sizes are most people interested in?
I was thinking of doing:
a lot of the 150mm ones,
some of the 300mm ones
a few of the 500mm ones.

Cheers

300mm long x 20mm High Text
500mm Long x 30mm High text

Is that right Tiny?
That doesn't seem very high.

But yeah, a single color, easy to read in the Helvetica (?) font.

*www.GMH-TORANA.com - my preference
*www.GMH-TORANA.COM
