I have only one thing to say about you two homosapiens

:wytpgar: :Buddy:

Yes fellas, time marches on and unfortunately for me I'm having a :furious: :Headbang2: :surrenderwave: few weeks with my body.

Doctors again today and more pills/capscules/elixueurs and I might even google up witch doctors for some advice :<_<:

Even my SS hasn't seen the light of day since I got back from Toranafest and not being able to drive it is just about as worse as the pain my body is going through lately.

With the amount of pills I've been popping, I rattle when I walk :blink2:

With a bit of luck I hope to be right in 2 weeks.

Barry

On a serious note mate I hope you are indeed better for the Tassie trip, nothing worse than being unwell.... Age is a wonderful thing is it not....

Get well real soon mate.

Thanks Simmo, appreciate the gesture :)

Its going to be one hell of a good trip I reckon.

Pity I am now not taking the Dream over, she is in the workshop having some engine mods performed by my sponsor and sadly wont be ready. These mods all stemmed from finding the cause of the failing rear main seal and we figured whilst we have it down we may as well do some performance mods whilst we were at it.

I am now traveling as a passenger with Keith so all is good.

Cheers

That's exactly what I like about our forums :iagree: , you can poke a bit of fun at each other and also wish them well when things are not going quite right, so thanks to Herne & Simmo :spoton: and as for your Keith :<_<: those dogs might just :RIP: depending on how close they get to certain parts of my anatomy ;)

Sorry the Dream is not going Alan but I'm sure touring with Keith will be full of laughs.

^^ Ohhh yeah Im definately talking about tassie lol. Spent a week there, cant go back for another 2 years cause I need to thaw out!
Scenery is beautiful there though I must admit and some of the roads are ideal for a powerful rear wheel drive car, but everything must be viewed behind windows cause you dont wanna get away from the heater!

But Im sure the guys will have an awesome time. I wish I was going, I did say while I was there I wish I could bring the torana down here. Always next time though.

Tassies slogan should be beautiful one minute...... freezing the next

yesterday I would have almost classed as hot (we got out the sunscreen).... but this morning back to windy and not so good..... this afternoon back to warm enough for T-shirts

I'd still be packing a jumper or two gents

Well I'm definitey NOT packing swimmers 'cause I'm sure if I was sunbaking on the shore, ORCA would be called out to roll me back into the sea to save me :tease:

I'll actually be packing 2 jackets, my Team Brock and my HOLDEN one as I'm sure I will be using them at some stage :spoton:

My SS is prepared, sure hope my body is by then.

Hi Folx

I am wondering if any fellow travelers going to Tassie are taking a laptop and an SD card reader with them?

Cheers

Hi Barry, I just got off the phone with Gary and he mentioned you were going to do a photoshoot at Holbrook.
Sadly I dont have a laptop either but I am hoping someone has one and a card reader as my SD cards are small, my camera doesnt take large cards which is a shame. It would be nice to be able to upload some photo's for the guys here as we go. Fingers crossed someone has one.
Mate I always look my best lol, well as good as I am going to get anyway lol my days of being trim taught and terrific are long gone hahaha.
Hope you are on the mend now Barry as its not long to go at all :) This weekend I will start to get organised and start to pack what items I think necessary. A warm jacket or two will certainly be high on my agenda!

CYA Wednesday.

Cheers
Alan

G'day Alan

As per your call today, this is for a Melbourne Pass (Toll Roads)

http://www.citylink.com.au/1526.jsp

OR simply phone 13 26 29

My Fuji S1000 has a 1Gb XD card and also I have a 4Gb SD card and that one at 10.Megapixels takes over 1600 photos.

Might be time to upgrade mate and I do reccommend the Fuji and this one is my 4th which also includes my early Fujica which was a 35mm SLR that I had for 26 years.

Regards ..... Barry
