My prediction, he'll run the country out of money like Paul Keating before him, then Australia will wake up, vote him out but unfortunately, there is now nothing to sell off to make the money back like last time.

only kidding, just noticed the A9X vs L34 and Kevin Ruddish Vs sanity threads move fast, is there a way of measuring a record on quickest amount of replies on a topic???

I'll be buying a new axle for the Kart and the rest can sit in my bank account till its needed.

I'll be doing the same, and a new wheel thanks to some idiot deciding rather than stay still in the middle of the track, I'll take my foot off the brake, roll back into oncoming traffic and take out 3 other karts!

The banks are reponsible for this whole economic mes. Making lending too easy. Then the Government guarantees all of their money once the shit hits the fan and then blows up their ass when they announce thay will delay interest payments for 12 months on folks that loose their jobs. Go figure?

Just curious what the requirements are for people who work. I dont receive youth allowance due to parents income, but I do work. Just wondering what minimum earnings are to receive the handouts.

There is none

If you earn up to 80,000 you get the full 900.. 80,001-90000 you get 600.. and everything else 400 I believe.

To be eligible for the hand out you needed to file a 2007-8 tax return. Alternitively you can still qualify if you submit a tax return befoure june 30 but obviously your payment will come later

p.s wtf would joe blow mechanics know about politics.. study economics and politics like some then you will have a valid response to your pointless economic debates lol

I won't be spending it on anything because I don't get anything from the Government (go figure).

I work hard, earn a decent income, pay over $40k a year in taxes and get nothing in return.

I'm not whinging but someone has to pay this money back with interest. Current estimates are approximately 200 billion of debt.

I'll be okay but will you be, that is the question?

Spend or save your money wisely.

Its not the pollies or the economists who screwed up.Its those reckless bookmakers at the stock exchange who think you should be able to make loads of money without producing anything.

Dunno why I posted that.Lets talk about cars and boobs.
