Man you have been busy!
I ve noticed the c pillars are next.
Nearly there.
Keep it up.
Not really Berro, been a couple months since working on the car (got married and everything that goes with it) but now im cranking an hour each day after work, and solid days worth during the weekend. So chipping away.
Yes the C pillars are next, I was only just making the inner skin today... I procrastinate alot though, because every bit of piece I went in, I always make sure the underside is not bare metal.. So rust converter, etch, weld in.. maybe i'm going too far with it.. piece of mind I guess!
My digital camera has a backlog of pics, will upload them in due time
Cheers

Anyway, bought some C pillar repair panels, ready for that job.. Got some more KBS to seal up the metal/ etch underneath and on top of the plenum repair I did. And will be putting some KBS on the inner C pillar skin and backside of the C pillar outer panel. Hopefully slow down the rusting process on a common problem area!

I fixed all the rust on the drivers side of the plenum and cleaned up the whole area and put some KBS down and the same on the underside.. Pretty sealed now. Tomorrow i'll wipe some Sikaflex over the joins.
I also wire wheeled the boot floor and put some rust converter down.. still a bit of work to do here, but had to clean up there..
