The TG Gemini had 14x6 rims for the Z/ZZ "sports" model. 99.99% sure of that. BTW, the +23 offset I quoted was for the 13x5.5" gemini rims, the 14x6 rims could have had a different offset.

Hi CHOP (By the way, what is your real name, mine is actually Terry).

The TG ZZ/Z wheels are just the TD SL/E alloys (5 x 13) painted white.

AFAIK there are no 14" wheels fitted to the RWD TX to TG Geminis.

Dr Terry.

Maybe another dealer fitted option?

It wouldnt have been hard for the dealer to ft some 14" rims of at the time.

The real name is John if you must know.

I have seen a Gemini with a 14x6 rim listed on the tyre placard. Obviously this doesn't mean it was put there by GMH. I'm also sure I have seen something written about Geminis with 14" rims as an option. I became interested in all this years ago when I actually had a TG Gemini. If I never find proof to back this up, I won't be stressing out about it. And I won't be going out of my way to research it either.

Agree, ^^ this is a thread on UD Torana, not Geminis.

Any update on scans from Torana history book?

The UD pic looks to me like a head in the WRONG direction, the LX / A9X muscle car was something that maybe Holden should have stuck with alongside the introduction of the VB despite the fuel crisis. Perhaps introducing some niceties like the UC dash and velour trims etc... ala 1979 UCSS... Although I like mine the LX front and rear are hard to beat. :spit:
