G'day All,
Coming up to Sydney for the "Muscle Car Masters" this weekend from Albury/Wodonga. Staying at Orchard Hills. Was wondering if the Sydney siders can tell me with which toll roads I'll be hit with. Looked it up & the main hwys I will be travelling along are Hume Hwy, then turn off at the Westlink M7 & the Western Mwy to Eastern Creek.
Fairly certain Hume won't be a problem but M7 might be. Can someone just clarify this for me & also a contact no. so I can prepay before I leave.
Thanks All.

There is no toll on the Western motorway between Orchard hills and Eastern Creek.

But I reckon its a better run from Orchard Hills if you travel east on the Great Western Highway.

Takes about the same amount of time, and the only turn you have to make is right onto Ferrers road, where Eastern Creek is located.

Theres also more chance of seeing cool cars cruising .

Have fun.

Me and the old man were planning on going, but cant justify the $40 entry fee (plus fuel, lunch etc) to see what we saw the last few years. Id rather spend it on the torana/s

Forecast is currently for fine weather on both Saturday and Sunday.

Entry is a little cheaper on the Saturday and there is still lots of racing action, just no display cars.

Yep, Dad & I will be there.... have been every year except the first(when it bucketed down)... it's our fathers day tradition now, and this will be my second with my own son (nearly 2), so the tradition will live on (hopefully)

Will be keenly looking at the LJ's this year for some race car prep tips...
Anyone here racing?

Got mine today. Will be driving my mates E49 in the Heritage Hot Laps on Sunday.

He'll be in Pit 26 with his Group C Commodore.

Going out on Saturday, and then back Sunday with my Dad, two brothers, and two nephews. Really looking forward to the day.

Likewise....we should try to meet at some place/time on Sunday, for me it would be a close to zero chance of recognizing most forum members otherwise.
