i like the idea of featuring musclecars 'little brothers'...as much as i like reading bout A9x's and XU1's its great for a change and read about the rest of the sporty cars that were made.....BRING ON THE MIGHTY LC GTR!!!
oh and LX 'S'...especially 202, trimatic combo...

just got this new magazine called The Aussie Muscle number 1 edition and i must say a very well put together mag...features a pair of really nice torana;s genuine L34 & a modified SLR5000 ...i can myself buying this mag in the future if this first edition is anything to go by...

Surely Dirtbags orange beast should be in there soon!!

On the other hand having cars in there that are "do-able" from a financial point of view will promote the magazine, I am sick of seeing car mags with 100k+ builds that are not attainable for the average bloke. By all means put some "mega" builds in it but also put some cheaper builds in, I have seen some amazing cars built for well under 10k that unfortunately will never be seen in a car type magazine, about time someone finally does it!

Sounds great. I agree that the 'other' mag is getting too full of biante/racing/supercar stuff... Great mag it is, but bring on the old school muscle. Still love the missing in action and out of action bits though..

Anyway ill buy your mag fer sure!

Got a copy today and was impressed with how each car featured with at least 3 pages of info with big pictures.

It looks good, the only problem I see is that the era was finite so sooner or later it will start to get repetitive.

Hopefully there will be correct info when it comes to data, specs. and things like the difference between the XU-2 and V8 XU-1

Got mine today, didn't have it in Moranbah so checked out the newsagent in Mackay when we we're there today and bingo, also comes with a mustang edition and a blown Holden's edition, sweet :spoton:

up so far, now to get stuck into reading it only flicked through it so far and it looks like a good read.

I rarely go to a newsagent, had to this morning to buy a 21st card tho, saw the mag, bought it, havent opened it yet, going away for a few days, will open it then, 2 other mags inside with it ... Cover looks good LOL.

It is available now in South Australia - I bought 2 copies this morning at my local newsagent here in Murray Bridge. If you go back to the top of this thread you will see a pic of the front cover.
