Motorized park bench, ride on mower front and rear axle, hydrostatic drive, was just made from metal we had lying around same with the timber, finished it last night and drove it around almost all day today at weekend on wheels, will do a wheelie as long as there's no one on the front seat ahaha not sure if i should sell it has i have no idea what its worth, next one will have a 253 or a 3.5 rover alloy v8, so hopefully work will start on the ute again

Well did some more, both sides have a shadow coat on them so ill rub it back than it'll hopefully be ready for a base coat :) did work experience at engine rebuilds who's also the president of our car club and as payment for a weeks work gave me a good cam and a set of timing gears.

Just have to decide on interior colour and paint colour,

so far I've got Cyan Blue, Caribbean turquoise, sable and Bordeaux, have no idea what colour for the inside. black seems to be the cheapest but gets to hot. any suggestions would be great :) even on paint colour :)

Danny

go a grey with body colour inserts for the interior
but yeah your right black is the nicest just gets to hot
but then that's what a/c s for :)

Was thinking something like that, just need to find an a/c setup, was think of one of those underdash universal ones or finding a full factory system.

Stripped the roof back all the gutters, firewall, front cowl, dug all the old sealant crap out, rust convertered it, and gave it a coat of primer.

Think I might just paint it CYAN blue, should look good with the alloys polished and cleared

Went and picked up the corona wagon yesterday, opened the bonnet about 15minutes ago and its got a trusty star fire in it, the lady i got it off said it has i little knock in it somewhere, hopefully ill throw an alternator on it and some fuel and could have another paddock basher or ill just back it up the park and use for parts :)  so I'm 16 and already have a nice little collection of Holden parts, hopefully mum or dad doesn't get to upset :)

Bonnet for the Ute is in primer and bought a litre of Cyan today so if i don't really like it ill use it as a bit of a base coat :)

Keep it up! I thought about painting my HJ a similar colour many moons ago. Then I saw one on the road and it changed my mind, but lately I've been warming to blue. Probly still won't do it as the wifes new Commy ('91 VN) is Sapphire blue. Got to keep things interesting!

And yeah... bloody nice noise out the pipes!!!!

Looks great mate. I'm interested to see how that colour looks on the body. What type of wheels will you be running?
